Medical forms: mail the completed Annual Health and Medical Record (parts A, B and C) to your camp's admin ahead of camp so they can be checked before you arrive, and bring a copy to check-in. Everything from your Sept 25 feedback note is in this preview except "main contact registers first", which I asked you about by email. What I need from you:

  1. The regions. I grouped your 28 Liên Đoàns from public listings. The ones under "Các Liên Đoàn khác · More Liên Đoàns" share a name with units in other cities, so I couldn't tell which one is yours. Tell me where each belongs, and fix any I placed wrong.
  2. The Vietnamese. Every Vietnamese line here is my draft. Please read it through, or pass it to whoever on staff you'd trust with it, and send me corrections.
  3. The FAQ. It only says things this form already says. Anything parents will ask that isn't here yet (packing list, meals, getting to Catalina, merit badges, paying by check) needs an answer from you before I add it.
